Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Within my role as RTE I have been responsible for multiple ARTs within PostNL, with an average of 9 teams within one ART.

I have collaborated with other ARTs, RTEs and stakeholders in general.

Within my current role at NS I am closely involved with organising the PI events and making the cluster run better.​
Scrum roles
Product Owner / Scrum Master
I have taken on the role of Scrum Master for one or more teams simultaneously on many occasions. These were both for national as well as international teams.

On board of Digital Agencies I have fulfilled the role of Product Owner. Where the main focus was on managing product vision, delivery towards the teams and stakeholders.

I have successfully supported and guided Agile transformations for multiple organisations.
I have fulfilled the role of an Agile Coach by implementing, guiding and training organizations to transform the standard consultancy projects into Agile Projects.

For the past 25 years I have been working in IT with a focus on collaboration to improve how teams perform better. For me it will always be about putting people first, and then results will follow naturally.
Over time I have shifted from Project Management to the Agile world. With a broad experience within as well Corporate as Digital Agencies, national and international I adept easily within new environments.

About me
I live with my girlfriend Mirella (Sr Interim Marketing / Communicatie adviseur), my two boys, Torsten & Maxim and our two cats Kai (yes the Ninjago ninja) and Leia (indeed the Star Wars princess). I love my homebrew cappuccino with latte art and like to have my pizza with anchovies. In my spare time, I enjoy playing games, exercising and following my passion for photography.
